Had incredible experience, overall modern place.
Everything was perfect, hospitable staff, GREAT location just next door to the Nara and Nikko areas. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of meals. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The free parking was by the property, good service. Appreciated the location in a market. We stopped by La Boheme Mimi for coffee and treats, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The facilities at Fufu were top-notch, offering a range of amenities and activities for bike riders like us. From the public onsen to the private sauna and onsen in the room, we had plenty of options to relax and unwind after a long day of biking. The view of Mount Fuji from the hotel was breathtaking, and waking up to that sight every morning was truly a treat. The staff at Fufu were warm and welcoming, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, away from the crowded areas and surrounded by serene nature. The room itself was well-equipped, with modern conveniences like a Dyson hairdryer and even an automatic bug zapper.
Our stay at Fufu Kawaguchiko felt almost like being at home, with no reason to complain.

This luxury ryokan offers impeccable service and breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko. Rooms come with private onsen baths, comfortable beds, and modern amenities. Guests can indulge in an 8-course gastronomic dinner or rent electric bikes to explore the area. The staff members are enthusiastic and go above and beyond to cater to guests' needs.
The layout of the restaurant may amplify the sound of noisy guests, which can ruin the atmosphere.

We were blown away by the beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. The private onsen in our room was a unique experience and the staff's attention to detail in terms of little extras like complimentary mini bars and lounge wear made our stay unforgettable. The restaurant staff provided outstanding service and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Additionally, the free flow of tiny canned beer, juice and milk coffee at the public onsen was very convenient.
Nothing, all excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing 4-star hotel in a beautiful location. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt truly taken care of. The staff provided exceptional service and made me feel like a valued guest. The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the onsen in the room, which provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. The hotel also offered free bike rentals, allowing me to explore the area at my own pace. the experience was top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Itchiku Tsujigahana museum and I was not disappointed. The hotel provided a unique experience through the museum's exhibitions, which focused on kimono. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was attentive to my needs.
The only service I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated workspace. Having a designated area to work would have been convenient for attending to my trade show preparations.

Great view and amazing service! We stayed for a weekend and were amazed by the view from the room. It was so peaceful, with the lake and the mountain at our feet. The private onsen was also a great feature, perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing. The dinner was exceptional, offering an amazing gastronomical experience. the staff was very polite and helpful, making our stay even more perfect.
The breakfast was not to our liking. It was very traditional and we are not big fans of fermented beans or raw fish.
